Technical Recruiter Essential Job Functions/Requirements
Experience in full life-cycle recruiting including, client relations, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, offers, closing and relationship management
Develop contacts and relations with new client companies, resulting in new job order assignments
Utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies and techniques to attract key talent
Pre-screen candidates as you provide detailed information on position requirements
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions
Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
Ability to cold call client companies and candidates and generate interest
Excellent project management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills
Develop and maintain strong communication with your candidates.
Review applicant resumes to determine skills, experience, and knowledge with IT (Information Technology) and Engineering position requirements
Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.
Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties.
Write job descriptions.
Match applicants to job openings.
Source for future job openings.
List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
Call applicants and perform phone screens.
Have applicants come in for formal interviews.
Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.
Arrange for travel and lodging.
Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant.
Participate in final selection of applicant.
Create pool/portfolio of possible candidates for hiring manager.
Technical Recruiter/Account Manager Required Experience
Min 3 years Technical, IT (Information Technology) or Engineering recruiting experience
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent sourcing skills using available databases, online tools and search techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in person & via phone).
Ability to remain flexible and work within a fast paced environment
